The TOSgroup is a standardisation body around TOS-compatible operating systems initiated by Richard Gordon Faika (RGF Software) and founded together with Frank Naumann (FreeMiNT) and Ralph Lowinski. The group is in the planning and set-up phase, but the homepage is already online. Of course, more members are being sought for the TOSgroup.
The first project planned is the definition of a standard for online documentation. The HTML and ST-Guide standards are suitable for this. Those who would like to join in the discussion on this topic should visit the forum on the website. Active participation is of course welcome. So help shape the future of Atari!
In one of the coming issues of st-computer there will be an interview with the initiators of the TOSgroup. (tr)
